Day 01 : Mumbai

Welcome
on board at Mumbai Airport, where you would be received by our tour
representative who will assist and introduce you to the chauffer, who
drive's you throughout your tour. Mumbai is the capital city of Maharastra
It is located on the Salsette Island. It is the commercial and the
entertainment capital of India. This city is home to India's Hindi films and
television industry, which is known as Bollywood. On reaching Mumbai check
in hotel and later spend the rest of the day shopping in this city. Late in
the evening return back to the hotel for a night stay.
Day 02 : Mumbai
Morning after breakfast drive out for a local tour of this beautiful city.
Visit the most attractive places in Mumbai like - The Gateway of India,
which is considered to be the principal landmark, Prince of Wales Museum,
Jehangir Art Gallery, the Victoria Terminus, Mahalaxmi temple, the Haji Ali
tomb and so on. Late in the evening return back to the hotel for an
overnight stay.
Day 03 : Mumbai
Morning after breakfast proceed towards Elephanta Caves which is just 10
Kms away from the Gateway of India. It is one of the greatest tourist
attraction. They are known for the rock cut cave temples dedicated for lord
Shiva. It covers an area of about 60,000 square feet. It has 3 main
entrances. This cave has a collection of Shrines collection of shrines,
courtyards, inner cells, grand halls and porticos and is filled with
exquisite stone sculptures of Hindu Gods and Goddesses. The Trimurti
sculpture of Elephanta showing the three faces of Shiva almost akin to the
Trinity of Brahma, Vishnu, and Maheswar embodied as one being one among
them. Spend a day in this beautiful place and late in the evening return
back to the hotel for a night stay.
Day 04 : Mumbai - Aurangabad
Morning after breakfast proceed towards Aurangabad has been a place of
great importance due to it's location on the famous "Silk Route".
Textiles, embroidered finery and various kinds of beads made in nearby
Paithan were exported to the markets of Greece, Rome and Egypt. This city is
surrounded by the historical monuments like Ajanta and Ellora. The city
earlier was the residence of Aurangzeb, and it later got its name after his
death. On reaching Aurangabad check in hotel and later on move out for the
local tour of this city. Visit Daulatabad - the city of prosperity, Fort of
Devagiri, the Bibi Ka Maqbara - a replica of the Taj Mahal and so on. Late
in the evening return back to the hotel for a night stay.
Day 05 : Aurangabad - Ajanta - Aurangabad

Morning
after breakfast move out for a day's excursion to Ajanta which is 110 kms
away. They are well known for the rock cut cave temples. The 29 caves at
Ajanta are an architectural masterpiece which depict ancient India's rich
cultural heritage. The caves were mainly built as a worshipping and residing
place for the Buddhist monks. The images such as court scenes, street
scenes, animals and birds are the work of masterpiece. In ancient times,
each cave was accessed from the riverfront by individual staircases whereas
now a terraced path has been built for tourist. Enjoy a day at this world
heritage centre. Later in the evening return back to Aurangabad for an
overnight stay.
Day 06 : Aurangabad - Ellora - Aurangabad
Morning after breakfast drive out for a day's excursion to Ellora which is
just 30 Kms away. It is known for the rock cut cave temples. The 34 caves in
Ellora out of which 12 Buddhist, 17 Hindu and 5 Jain caves are built in
proximity. Out of the Buddhist caves the most famous is cave 10, a chaitya
hall (chandrashala) or 'Vishwakarma cave also known as "Carpenter's
Cave". Out of the Hindu Caves, cave 16, called The Kailasa or
Kailasanatha Temple is the most famous one. Spend a day in this World
Heritage Site. Late in the evening drive back to Aurangabad for a night
stay.
Day 07 : Aurangabad - Mumbai
Morning after breakfast drive towards Mumbai Airport to board your flight
to the onwards destination.
